Natural Health - How You Feel After Your Meal

Remember that your body knows best. When discomfort arises after a meal it is your body's way of telling you that you overate or ate one or more things that your particular body doesn't process properly. The Digize Essential Oil quantities of processed foods served on America's tables today add to the discomfort after meals. Let's face it, our bodies were meant to adapt to foods over time. For thousands of years we basically ate what was locally grown or what was stored over the winter months.

Today many meals are prepared with processed foods that our bodies have just not learned to "process" which causes, gas, constipation, acid reflux and other uncomfortable ailments. So, making the best food choices available is always the best option. Also, try not to fill up even though it's hard when the food looks so good.
